International Sales Account Manager 

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and highly motivated International Sales Account Manager to join our business development team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive international sales experience, will be enthusiastic, an excellent communicator and well organised. 

Primarily, the role will focus on generating and developing new international distributors in new countries and territories.  The role will also focus on recruiting new & additional international distributors in underperforming territories.



Sensory Room Designer 

Rompa has an exciting opportunity for an experienced 3D Designer, that will design our interior Snoezelen® Sensory Rooms and will also help coordinate our projects to ensure the department runs efficiently and effectively. 

Primarily, this role will involve using 3D design software to design our Snoezelen® Multi-Sensory Environments and liaising with our installation, production, and field sales teams - working to tight deadlines and specific budgets.



Installation Engineer (Electrical)

Due to ongoing growth within our business, we are seeking a full-time Installation Engineer (Electrical) to assist our already established team in the fitting of specialist, multi-sensory rooms. 

 

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, multi-skilled, professional and qualified to a minimum of level 3 in an electrical discipline.  It is also essential to hold an 18th Edition qualification.  Applicants should be customer-focused and must be aware of the importance of working to tight deadlines.  It is essential that our installers remain professional and conduct themselves appropriately at all times as they will be working on-site with our clients.

 



Purchasing Administrator

We are looking to hire a part-time (3 x days) Purchasing Administrator to join our expanding buying team.
You will need to have extensive administration experience, and previous working experience within a purchasing team would be a distinct advantage. 

 



Warehouse Administrator 

We are seeking a full-time warehouse administrator to work within our busy warehouse team.  The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, well organised and have accurate data entry skills.    

Primarily, the role will undertake transport and administrative duties, liaising with delivery drivers, customers and sales office personnel in direct support of the warehouse team.

 



International Sales Administrator 

Due to expansion, Rompa has an exciting opportunity for a full time International Sales Administrator to work within our busy international sales team.

Reporting to the International Sales Account Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience working in an administration role and will possess excellent organisational skills.

Primarily, the role is to assist the international team with administration duties and to deliver excellent customer service and accurate order entry

Rompa are the market leaders in sensory provision and we are looking to hire a full time Sales Administrator to join our busy mail order team. 

You will need to have extensive experience working in an administration role and possess excellent organisation skills.  You will also possess accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.

 



Production Operative

We are looking to hire a full-time Production Operative to join our expanding and very busy manufacturing team.

You will need to have extensive experience working within an assembly environment. You will be enthusiastic, have excellent attention to detail and strive for high-quality levels in all areas of work.

 


Sensory Room Designer

Due to ongoing growth within our business, Rompa has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Sensory Room Designer to join our busy design team.

We believe this would be a great opportunity to develop and grow design skills and join our established team that can share their experience and knowledge.


Temporary Graphic Designer

Rompa has an opportunity for a highly skilled Layout/Graphic Designer to join our design team on a short-term temporary basis. The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running and work independently.

Primarily, this role is to collaborate with our design team to design our 2024 core range catalogue and other specialist catalogues.


Temporary Solidworks Operator

Rompa has an opportunity for a highly skills Solidworks Operator to join our design team on a short-term temporary basis.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys new experiences and variety in their life! We do need someone who can hit the ground running and work independently.


New Product Developer 

Rompa are looking for a full time New Product Developer to work within our busy NPD team.

As a New Product Developer, you will be required to develop your own product ideas, and assist with projects starting with initial research, through design and prototyping and to completion.

Primarily, the role is to assist and take an active part in the initiation of new product ranges and product refreshes.

 


New Product Developer Manager 

Rompa has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated New Product Development Manager to manage and lead our growing new product team.

As a New Product Developer Manager, you will be managing and developing the new product development team, researching and sourcing new products, with an emphasis on sourcing and developing market-leading products.
